The world number one, Novak Djokovic, uses the pandemic time to organise a new series of tournaments. The “Adria Tour” will take place from 13 June to 5 July in Djokovic’s Serbian homeland as well as in Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia. The gains from the tournament will be donated to various charities that help those affected by the corona crisis.
At this stage, it is not clear whether spectators will be allowed at the tournament. But what is clear is that some top stars will support Djokovic at these events. The German Alexander Zverev, the Austrian Dominic Thiem and Grigor Dimitrov from Bulgaria have already confirmed their participation.
